THE AIMS OF THE BRITISH PALOMINO SOCIETY ARE

To encourage & assist the advancement of Palominos, all Cream Dilutes & their breeding in the UK. To maintain a Register of Palomino & Cream Dilute Horses & Ponies.
To Publish 'Palomino' magazine.

THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE:

1. To promote the breeding of Palominos and Cream Dilutes throughout the United Kingdom.

2. To encourage breeders to improve the colour and quality of their Palominos and Cream Dilutes

3. To encourage communication and co-operation among breeders and owners of Palominos and all horses with the Cream gene.

4. To disseminate all available information relating to Palominos and Cream Dilutes.

THE SOCIETY SHALL :

a.  Maintain a Register of Palomino and Cream Dilute horses and ponies.

b.  Lay down a standard by which horses and ponies shall be accepted for registration.

c.  Provide DNA testing ensure that all animals submitted for registration conform to that standard.

d.  Promote classes for Palominos and Cream Dilutes at shows.

e.  Maintain a list of approved judges of Palominos and Cream Dilutes

f.  Lay down a standard for judging.

g. Publish an official journal to be called “The Palomino”.

h. Work in close co-operation with all Horse and Pony Organisations.

i.  Take such other lawful steps as may be necessary for attainment of the above objectives.

THE SOCIETY WILL ALSO TRADE AS THE BRITISH PALOMINO AND DILUTE SOCIETY
